Baptism: Baptism welcomes our newest members to our community. Parents preparing to have their baby baptized should contact the pastor to make arrangements. First Eucharist and First Reconciliation: This sacramental preparation is offered to children during their second year of religious education. The program welcomes them to the Lord’s Table, invites them to experience God’s forgiveness, and help the whole family grow in their own sacramental understanding. Confirmation: This sacramental preparation is offered to candidates upon completion of certain requirements set by the Diocese and parish. The program invites the candidates to live the way of Jesus in their everyday life, to explore the Catholic Christian tradition, and to be connected with the Parish community. Marriage Preparation: Marriage in the Diocese of Orlando requires a six month preparation time. It includes: 1. An interview process 2. FOCCUS (Facilitating Open Couple Communication Understanding and Study) discussions 3. Pre-Cana/Engaged Encounter Weekend, both facilitated by the Diocese of Orlando. Anointing of the Sick:
Our parish community celebrates the sacrament of anointing of the sick at a special liturgy that takes place in October and March each year. If you or someone you know is sick or in the hospital please call the parish office so that a priest or minister may come visit you.
